At Green Bake Test, I am planning to host a family gathering with more than 100 guests, and I want to know not only whether you have enough seating capacity for such a large group but also if you can provide a specially curated menu with traditional dishes, multiple dessert options, and beverage packages. Additionally, I would like to know if your team can arrange decorations, provide servers dedicated to our tables, and whether the event can be scheduled for both lunch and dinner hours on the same day. Please also let me know if you have prior experience in organizing such large-scale gatherings for customers, and if so, what kind of feedback you received. Finally, it would be helpful to understand your advance booking requirements, payment process, and cancellation policy so that we can plan smoothly?
At Green Bake Test, we do have the capacity and arrangements to host gatherings of over 100 guests comfortably, with flexible seating layouts. Our chefs can design a personalized menu that includes traditional Kerala delicacies, fusion options, and multiple desserts to delight your guests. Beverage packages are also available depending on your preferences. Decorations can be arranged either by our team or in coordination with your chosen decorator, and dedicated serving staff will ensure smooth service throughout the event. We have successfully managed large-scale gatherings before, and customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive regarding our hospitality. Both lunch and dinner slots are available, subject to booking confirmation. We usually recommend making your booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure availability. Payment can be made in stages, with a small advance required for confirmation, and our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible while ensuring fairness to both sides.
